Pastaphony does not collect or summarize review data, so rather than guess, here is what the format is built around: build-your-own bowls, so everyone in a group gets exactly what they want; house garlic bread sticks; and counter service with no table service. Yes. Kids can build their own smaller pasta bowls, and most locations have communal seating that works for groups and families.

Pastaphony uses a build-your-own bowl model with counter service, similar in format to Chipotle or Sweetgreen, but for Italian. Different from sit-down Italian (table service) and different from pizza chains (we don't serve pizza).
