Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use pastaphony.com, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
Where we stand
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: some parts of the site may not yet fully meet the standard. We fix accessibility problems as we find them or as they are reported to us.
Outside our direct control
- Online ordering for each location runs on Square Online, a third-party platform we cannot modify. The links are on our Order online page.
- Each Pastaphony is independently owned and operated. For an accommodation at a specific counter, call that location directly; the numbers are on our Support page.
- The Pastaphony app for iPhone and Android: if something in the app does not work with your assistive technology, tell us using the contact below.
Tell us about a barrier
If you cannot place an order, read part of this site, or use a feature, email contact@pastaphony.com. Include the page address and what did not work. We will help you finish what you were trying to do and look into the problem.
